In cases where the service cannot be provided due to system errors, the unavailability of a professional, or force majeure events, the user will be notified, and the fee will be refunded through the original payment method or the appointment will be rescheduled.
Approved refunds will be returned to the user’s account within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the payment method.
